Good Job!

This is a fine app that explores the various exercises one can do using the BOSU. although I have used the BOSU with the trainer in the gym, I was unaware of the various exercises I can do on my own. The app provides a multitude of exercises that demonstrates proper use of the BOSU and does so quite well. The app is sort of pricey, but given the photos and videos, it appears to be worth the price. Congratulations on a job well done!
